Offer real-time assistance

This feature would give the ability to connect to real-time, human assistance if needed. This feature could connect to existing caretakers, family and friends, or third-party organization's paid support system. These assistants could either give text and voice support, or could take remote virtual control of the system to correct errors.

  • The ability to contact a real person for live assistance can be very beneficial for users who are confused by the system and need some easy-to-understand assistance.
